At Baltany.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange items. To ensure a smooth process, please carefully read our outlined return and exchange policy before initiating any returns:
Order Cancellation and Changes
Once payment is successful, it is considered that our purchase contract has been finalized, and we do not accept cancellations of orders.Before your order is shipped, you can contact us at info@baltany.com to make changes to your order. Our logistics department colleagues will promptly confirm and process your order changes. You can change the quantity, items, and shipping address, but you will need to pay the price difference. However, we do not refund fees because PayPal and bank payment tools do not refund related fees. Once the parcel is shipped, the logistics provider cannot retrieve the parcel, and your order cannot be changed in any way.
Please note that international logistics usually requires transshipment, and the tracking number update is usually delayed. Sometimes, although the package has been sent, we are temporarily unable to provide the international logistics tracking number or other logistics tracking number, so once the package is sent from our warehouse, Your order is deemed to have been shipped.
Out of Stock, Items Not Matching Order
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email to either replace or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order or require a partial refund, we will process the refund within 7 working days. Please note that PayPal and banks do not refund related fees, so the refund you receive may not be the full amount of the payment.If you receive the watch and find that the items or accessories we sent do not match your order, such as missing quantities, missing accessories, wrong items, wrong accessories, etc., please contact us at info@baltany.com. Our after-sales service team will promptly negotiate a solution with you, including reissuing, making up the difference in amount, or returning/exchanging goods.
Unable to provide returns/refunds for shipping services
We may not always have real-time information on areas where the logistics provider cannot deliver. Sometimes, your order may not be eligible for free shipping or may be unable to be shipped. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to discuss the final solution, such as paying additional shipping fees for alternative non-free shipping methods or canceling the order.Please refer to the "Shipping Policy" for more details.When the final solution involves canceling the order and issuing a refund, please note that PayPal and banks do not refund related fees. Therefore, the refund you receive may not be the full amount you paid.
Returns/Exchanges Without Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the products purchased on baltany.com, you can apply for a return for refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving the parcel (based on the receipt date on the logistics document). Please note:
● Each order can only request one return/exchange. Unless the product has quality issues or BALTANY sends the wrong item, all products can only be exchanged or returned once, and the exchange must be for the same style and color of the product;
● The returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original and resalable condition (e.g., the product remains intact, unused, or unaltered, free of stains or cosmetics, with intact BALTANY anti-tamper labels and original packaging). The returned items must include all original packaging and other accessories received in the order (tools, extra straps, etc.);
● The product outer packaging (including plastic bags or boxes; do not tape or label directly on our watch box, please put the watch box into another box or bag), product accessories, instructions, tags, etc., should be intact;
● If there are additional gifts (promotional gifts) in the product/package, please return them together. Gifts must be returned in their original condition. If gifts cannot be returned, we reserve the right to request payment for the gifts at the price specified by us.
● We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized products;
● Because PayPal and bank payment tools do not refund related fees, bank/PayPal fees will not be refunded;
● Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer;
Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues
Every BALTANY watch undergoes rigorous inspection and testing before sale. However, due to the nature of mass production, completely eliminating the possibility of manufacturing defects in the watches delivered to customers is challenging, and we cannot rule out the possibility of damage during transportation. If you find any manufacturing defects in the watch upon receipt, please contact us promptly at support@baltany.com. Our after-sales team will respond to you promptly, communicate specific solutions with you, including partial refunds, compensation for local repairs, return refunds, or exchanges.Please note:
● Damages caused by improper use, third-party repairs, self-alterations, or other human factors are not considered "quality issues" under this clause;
● Products clearly marked as defective at the time of purchase, such as Grade B or products with obvious defects in appearance, are not considered "quality issues" under this clause;
● Color discrepancies between photos and actual items are not considered "quality issues" under this clause. Please refer to BALTANY's "Terms of Service" for specifics;
● If our quality inspection department finds that the returned watch is damaged due to human factors, we only accept paid repairs, do not provide exchanges or free repair services, and do not bear the return shipping costs. The specific repair costs to be paid will be determined based on the specific condition of the returned watch;
● If the returned watch shows significant signs of use, such as wear, scratches, damaged steel bracelets, damaged packaging, etc., BALTANY only accepts free repairs for manufacturing defects and does not accept exchanges, refunds, or free repair services for appearance accessories;
● The warranty period for the exchanged watch starts from the date of shipment of the new watch.
Return for Repair Within Warranty Period
Your BALTANY watch comes with a 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase. The BALTANY warranty covers material, functional, and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery of the purchased BALTANY watch. The BALTANY warranty card has a unique identification code corresponding to the watch you purchased. Before requesting warranty service, you need to provide a valid warranty card with a signed date and stamp. For details, please refer to BALTANY`s "Warranty".
For manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we only provide free repair services. You are responsible for the shipping costs, while we cover the shipping costs of returning the repaired product. If the watch cannot be repaired, you can replace it with a similar watch of the same selling price.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
● Products beyond the warranty period
●Wear and tear caused by use
●Purchased from unauthorized dealers
●Damage caused by third-party repairs, improper operation not according to the instructions, or human factors
●Products explicitly marked as defective at the time of purchase, and returned/exchanged for the reason of defects
●Products purchased during specific promotions or sales events, explicitly marked as non-returnable/exchangeable
●Other situations where consumers have no right to return/exchange according to this policy and applicable laws.
Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Before returning the watch, you must contact BALTANY's after-sales service department (support@baltany.com) and provide the following detailed information:
- Order number or purchase source (store name or address) - Purchase date - Pictures of the packaging and accessories included - Front and back pictures of the warranty card - Detailed description of the watch's issue (if any)
2. Upon receiving your email and application, BALTANY will reply to you within 1-3 business days. Sometimes, we may require further information from you (such as a video of the watch's appearance requested by the quality inspection department). If your return request is approved, we will respond with specific instructions for the return.
3. Please arrange the return strictly according to the instructions provided by our after-sales team and inform us of the tracking number and tracking website. We accept returns arranged by regular mail, registered mail, and courier, if you bear the return shipping costs.
Please indicate the reason for return on the shipping invoice. If it is a watch for after-sales repair, please include a note inside the package specifying the details of the watch's malfunction and the recipient's information for return, so that BALTANY can process it promptly.
4. BALTANY will inspect the package upon receipt. If it is a watch for after-sales repair, we will arrange for the factory to carry out repairs.
5. BALTANY arrange for a refund or re-shipping.
Special Instructions for Returns
Please do not return the package without our prior consent.
Once you ship the return, please inform us promptly of the tracking number and tracking website.Due to the inherent risks of international logistics, we need to process relevant customs procedures for the package in a timely manner. If you return the package by yourself or fail to provide the tracking number, resulting in our inability to track the package promptly, leading to clearance failure, loss, or return of the package, we will refuse exchange or refund.
The newly exchanged goods will be sent to the delivery address on the original order. If there is a change in the delivery address, please inform our customer service in advance.
If the return does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the product to you at your expense.

Due to different logistics options or distances, your return may take 10-25 days to reach our return center. Therefore, the total return/exchange period is within 50 days from the date you return the product by email (not through our return service).
We recommend that you insure the package for safe return to us. We do not assume any responsibility for any risks of damage or loss of the product after the return.
Refund Time
For returned products, once we confirm that they meet the return conditions and requirements, we will arrange the refund or exchange within 7 working days after receiving the returned product according to the agreement with you. Special Notes:
- If the product you return was purchased together with other products to enjoy our threshold promotion or discount, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund amount.
- If the non-quality issue return/exchange policy applies, we will deduct a portion of the original shipping fee (from us to your doorstep)(about $12) and a 5% bank fee from the refund amount.
- The time to receive the refund depends on different refund methods. The actual time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on the operation of different banks or payment platforms. It may take up to 10-15 working days.
